Coming from London on the A21:
Leaving the A21 and entering Hastings, continue on the main road and follow the signs to St. Leonards on Sea (NOT Hastings).

Continue until you reach the London Road, where on the left will be a tall red brick office building, and a Church without a spire opposite.

Turn hard right at the Church, and continue up Pevensey Road for Fifty yards. The Hotel is on your right.

Coming from Bexhill and Eastbourne - A259:
On the left coming into St Leonard's on Sea, is the 'MFI' building.

Continue along the Seafront road, and on the left after about half a mile is a block of flats with large columns supporting the cover over the pavement.

Turn left at the traffic control lights immediately after the columns, and continue up the London Road Hill. Bear left at the second Church (Church without a spire) into Pevensey Road. The Hotel is on your right after approx. fifty yards.

Coming from Dover and Rye - A259:
When you arrive at the sea front continue along past the pier.

Turn right at the first set of traffic lights after the pier.

Continue up this road (London Road) and bear left at the second church (Church without a spire) into Pevensey Road. The Hotel is on your right after approx. fifty yards.
